How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Evaluate your potential legal claims related to the California wildfires
  • Contact you to discuss your case
  • Refer you to qualified trial attorneys, with your consent
  • Improve our services and website functionality

How We Store Your Information

Your data is stored securely using Cloudflare Workers KV, a globally distributed key-value storage service with encryption at rest. Intake submissions are retained for 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted. We do not sell your personal information.

Information Sharing

We may share your information with partner trial law firms for the purpose of evaluating and pursuing your legal claims. We will only share your information with a specific firm after informing you and obtaining your consent. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to Delete: You may request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions.

  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
